Leading with a Servant Hand
Crisis often presents us with two options. We can be paralysed by fear or we can stand up and take action. When we lead with a servant hand, taking our eyes off ourselves and meeting the needs of those around us, we can really change lives.
Just the acts of selflessness that are being demonstrated in times of crisis give a sense of hope to people who have lost everything. The biggest lesson for me is that the best way to reduce the magnitude my own problems is to shift my focus towards helping someone else with theirs.
I am suggesting that the best way to serve others in our lives is to focus on what they need and we will be set apart as someone who can be called upon to lead. This is a great place to be in business, your workplace, your church, family or any other place in your community.
Have an amazing week…you deserve it!
